The fastest way to reach us is email: contactus@base64decode.tools. We read everything and respond to most messages within 1–2 business days.

What we want to hear

• Bug reports. A Base64 string that should decode but doesn't, or a character set that produces wrong output. Include the input string and your browser version if possible.
• Feature requests. Things you wish the tool did. We can't promise everything, but we read all of them.
• Article suggestions. Base64 topics you'd like to see covered on the blog.
• Corrections. If something in an article is technically wrong, please tell us — getting the details right matters.
• Partnership / press. Brief and specific notes preferred.

What we can't help with

We can't decrypt encrypted data, recover passwords, decode proprietary formats that look like Base64 but aren't, or assist with anything illegal. We also can't help debug your specific JWT/OAuth implementation beyond pointing at general resources — that's a job for your auth provider's support.

Security disclosure

If you find a security issue with the tool itself (a way to make it execute injected code, leak data, etc.), please email security@base64decode.tools directly with details. We treat these as priority and respond within 24 hours.

Not on social media

We don't currently maintain Twitter/X, Mastodon, or LinkedIn accounts for this project. If you see one claiming to be us, it isn't. Email is the only channel.
